MOVIE REVIEW: SORRY TO BOTHER YOU

Image
MAGIC REALISM AT ITS BEST, A HILARIOUS ,CRAZY, SARCASTIC, FUNNY JOURNEY! It's impossible to describe this movie! Crazy, hilarious, nonsense but beauty!  Without any long review [A lots are available on internet ] I will suggest you to watch this film first, at your own risk, because it is not everyone's cup of coffee, and scream loudly. It's a perfect example of 'Magic Realism' , debutante Boots Riley's direction & writing made it only of its kind. Pure original & artistic. It portraits the truth of telemarketing in a terrible, unreal way. The alternative world, Riley created is brilliant, the 'Worryfree' , 'White Voice' , 'Equisapiens' are something which will wonder you. A sarcastic, satire black comedy which shows the transformation of the employees of companies into otherworldly creatures in a ironical way. [Don't forget to check Cash's gf's shirts, arts & earrings!] The brilliant star...

MUSIC REVIEW : FIRST MAN by Justin Hurwitz [OST Review]

Image
With vintage electronics, brilliant orchestral harmony, wailing theremin & the terrific main theme, Justin Hurwitz successfully created a melancholic space sound which is emotional & moving!  After 2 years, The 'LA LA LAND' team back with another epic movie - First Man, the biopic of Neil Armstrong. 2 Oscar winning, the LA LA Land magician Justin Hurwitz scores this prestigious movie. The Full Original Soundtrack is released today, so let's check if Chazelle-Hurwidz combo able to create the same magic or not! Starting with two simple electro tension building piece, 'KAREN' is first track to draw attention, soft, melodious. But I surprised that Hurwitz still couldn't forget LA LA Land days, and the tune is almost same. 'BABY MARK' & 'SQUAWK BOX' also base on the same. But the MAIN THEME is brilliant and match the expectation level, an epic harmonic piece that will touch the heart directly. 'ARMSTRONG CABIN', 'SEXT...

Let's discuss the stories without spoil the storyline. 1. NarkAstra - The Hell Weapon : The book starts with a magnanimous war setting. This story is based on a hypothetical war where the author described it more scientifically than mythologically, that's unique. 2. Death by Crowd : An absolutely disturbing setting which is actually an interview of the owner of a brutal show. The description were really disturbing and the story was allegorical, the author showed how man can pay to enjoy one's brutal death. 3. Genie: A modern take on of the famous Lamp-Genie story. That was a light read, enjoyable and funny. 4. Time Crawlers: The author presented some hypothetical theories of light and time w...
